شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

1. المدة المسموحة:
   يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
2. حالة المنتج:
   يجب أن يكون المنتج سليماً وفي غلافه الأصلي (غير مفتوح أو مستخدم).
   يجب أن يكون خالياً من التلف أو العيوب الناتجة عن الاستخدام.
3. في حال كانت الرغبة شخصية (بدون عيب):
   سيتم خصم تكلفة الشحن من المبلغ المسترجع (حتى لو كان الشحن مجانياً عند الشراء).

سنقوم بإرسال المنتج الصحيح أو توجيهك لأقرب فرع لاستبداله.

الحالات التي لا تنطبق عليها سياسة الاسترجاع
إذا تجاوزت 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
إذا كان المنتج مفتوحاً أو مستخدماً.
إذا كان هناك تلف في العبوة الأصلية (خاصةً للعطور).

حالات إلغاء الطلب من قبل هود

تحتفظ هود بحق إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات التالية:

1. مشكلة في الدفع:
   إذا تم رفض الدفع الإلكتروني.
2. معلومات التوصيل غير صحيحة:
   إذا كان العنوان أو بيانات الاتصال خاطئة أو غير قابلة للوصول.
3. عدم توفر المنتج:
   إذا كان المنتج غير متوفر في المخزون.
